However, please reach out about any large scale projects, collaborations or brand inquiries.

As a rule of thumb I do not repeat subject matter, but if it’s a different and original take on something I have already done I would be happy to discuss.

2. How can I be the first to know about new paintings and prints?

The best way to be aware of any new paintings, prints or other products is to subscribe to my mailing list, or follow me on Instagram or TikTok at @juliahagen_art .


3. What medium do you use?

I primarily use acrylic paint on wood panel or canvas, but I also use watercolor and ink from time to time.


4. How can I purchase a painting or print?

All of my paintings and prints are available through my website, unless marked as “sold out”.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes I can ship internationally, please note shipping times will be longer and shipping prices higher for international orders.


6. What is your return of exchange policy?

All sales are final. Please email juliahagenart@gmail.com for any concerns regarding your purchase. If something is lost or damaged in the shipping process that is an exception.


7. Are you in any galleries or upcoming shows?

Currently I am not represented by any galleries, but should that change I will let you know. All upcoming shows and appearances will be advertised on social media and through my mailing list.


8. Did you go to art school?

Yes, I graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2017. In school I studied painting along with new media, sound and sculpture.


9. Is my order missing or lost in the mail?

If your order's tracking hasn't been updated for 22 days, please contact me. All orders are insured. If your package is lost through USPS, please email me and I will request a search. If nothing comes up with the search, I will file an insurance claim. If you're located outside of the US and your local mail system loses the painting, or if it seems to have been stolen, please reach out to me to discuss next steps, but be prepared to contact your local mail system directly.
